Hi, I’m a documentary wedding photographer based in Birmingham, and I’m so glad you’ve found me.

Since 2018, I’ve been capturing beautiful, natural wedding stories all over the UK. From Birmingham to the Cotswolds, London to the Lake District. Wherever you choose to celebrate, I’ll be there to tell your story with honesty, care, and creativity.

I live in Birmingham with my amazing wife, Kate, and our two wonderful kids. As a husband and father, I know just how meaningful it is to have real moments beautifully documented; not just for you, but for future generations.

Wedding Photography for Real People (Even If You’re Camera Shy)

Not everyone loves being in front of a camera and that’s completely okay.... I'm camera shy myself. My couples often tell me they feel nervous about having their photo taken, but still want stunning, natural images of their day. That’s where I come in.

My approach is unobtrusive, relaxed, and documentary-style, which means no awkward posing, no forced smiles — just the real you, enjoying your day. From the emotional glances to the loud laughter and the quiet in-betweens, I’ll capture it all as it naturally unfolds.

A Personal, Storytelling Approach

Every couple and every wedding is completely unique — and I treat it that way. I don’t follow a script or try to stage anything. I focus on the connection between you and your loved ones, telling the story of your day with honesty and heart.

I believe the best photos come from trust and comfort, so I always start with a video call (or coffee, if you're local!) to get to know each other. That way, on the big day, it feels like a friend with a camera — not a stranger.
