Fazeley Studios Wedding Photography
There are so many hidden treasures to find in Digbeth, Birmingham. Nestled in amongst the still used industrial units you probably won't expect to find some of the coolest wedding venues in the city. The Fazeley Studios is just one of them - the perfect urban wedding venue - Beautiful light and airy chapel-style hall for the ceremony and amazing streets with the full vibrancy of colourful street art for the couple's portraits.
To me, all weddings are special to photograph but every now and then I get to shoot a wedding with just that little extra sparkle. Jo & David's wedding had the works.
Jo & David work in the music industry so I knew their wedding day celebration would be right up my street.
The day started with some bridal preparation photos at an airbnb on the edge of town. I really love doing these as it gives me a chance to get to know the bride and her bridesmaids making everyone feel a bit more at ease with me being there through the day.
Moving across town on an electric scooter, to Jo & Davids apartment to take some photos of David and his groomsmen. I could tell from their record collection and cool decor that this was going to be a day to remember!
Hoping in a taxi to Fazeley Studios where the guests were ready and waiting David prepared for Jo's arrival while I carried on photographing the guests and David.
Jo Arrived in a white taxi cab, and once her interview was done, made her way to the ceremony room. She walked down the aisle with her father and met David to take his hand in marriage.
